Discuss the development of Western Art Music Orchestra, from Classical

Era to 21st century. Discussion must include the following topics:
a) the origin of orchestra starting from the 18th century (hint:
Mannheim school and orchestra in 18th century)
b) the differences of orchestra formation (instrumentations, number
of performers etc.) among classical era, romantic era, 20th
century, and 21st century (current)
c) identifying and explaining the musical function of the orchestra
family (woodwinds, brass, percussion, and strings)
