SEVEN DAYS NOTICE TO QUIT

I, Mandu Essienobong (Mrs.), your Landlady of No. 7 Waddell Street, Calabar hereby give
you one month notice to quit and deliver up possession of the three rooms apartment and
appurtenance lying and situate at the above address which you hold of me as a tenant at will.
Your tenancy having expired since Saturday, the 30th day of April, 2022 and by operation of
law makes you a tenant at will.

TAKE NOTICE that this Notice to Quit expires on Wednesday, the 25 th day of May, 2022 or
one week after the service of this Notice.

REASONS FOR EJECTION

1. You constitute a nuisance to other tenants in the compound.
2. The Landlady wants the said three rooms together with its appurtenances for her
personal use.
3. Your refusal to renew your tenancy as at when due.
