Maintenance & Repair
Maintenance
The Mini Cobra 3-Panel Shaker requires very litle maintenance. However, there are several
maintenance checks that, if done on a regular basis, provide extended service and performance.
Lubrication
Motor
Lubricate each bearing on the motors once every operating month (750 hours) per the folowing
instructions. Use only Kluber Isoflex® Topas NBS? grease (PIN 46AS) for operation in cold
Ambient tomporatures of -20°F to +50°F (29°C to +10°C). You may use either NBS2 or NB162 for
ambient temperatures of 50°F to 100°F (10°C to 38°C). For hot ambient temperatures above
100°F (38°C). you must use isoflex Topas NB152 grease (PIN 4BAY),
Using any grease other than Kluber isoflex® Topas wil void tno motor warranty.

1. Clean the vibrator case around the grease plug with a clean shop towel
Remove the grease plug from the vibrator housing
Install 1/8 in, NPT grease fiting (P/N 338) into the vibrator housing. Always use a new
grease fiting. Even small amounts of another grease may cause a negative reaction with
the Isoflex grease.
Install §.7 grams (0.2 02) of grease with a grease gun into each grease fitting. 5.7 grams
equals 4 shots from a 400 gram grease gun.
5. Replace the grease fitting with the grease plug.

20 shots in each bearing and then four additional shots each month per the above instuctions
