Dhaka/Chittagong. The report should include an explanation of the chosen visualization methods
with reference to how this would apply to other locations. Examine potential variables to identify
the most important variables when determining the price of a 2nd hand apartment of a particular
type and size. Propose an apartment price calculator.

You should:
1. Collect the data from a reliable source such as bikroy.com or similar website.
2. Prepare and communicate business information via graphs following appropriate
principles and guidelines.
3. Evaluate visualization methods by critiquing their adequateness.
4. Propose appropriate statistical analysis to support the organization management team in
various decision-making contexts.
5. Produce advanced statistical analysis to adequately summarize data samples but also
generalize to the population.
