RE: TAX LEVY BYLAW 2022
ISSUE: to pass the tax levy bylaw for 2022.

ANALYSIS:

The tax levy bylaw sets the taxes for the RM and School Divisions within the municipality. The RM and
school divisions have set their tax rates based on their budgets announced earlier in the year.

The RM’s tax rate increased by 0.1% - from 8.18 mills to 8.19 mills.

ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION:

April 12, 2022

THAT Bylaw 3193 , being a bylaw to set taxes for the 2022 year, be read a first time.

May 10, 2022

THAT Bylaw 3193, being a bylaw to set taxes for the 2022 year, be read a 2nd time.

And

THAT Bylaw 3193 be read a 3rd time, finally passed, signed and sealed.
