ABSTRACT

There is growing concern about the power of introversion

recently thanks to the raising voice of many enthusiastic
introverts. However, many bias and misconceptions towards
introverts still remain on a large scale. This paper, based on
secondary research, discusses three aspects which are the
concept of introversion, the greatest challenges, and the
strengths to thrive in the Extrovert Ideal. Based on the findings
of the research, the paper draws the conclusion that both
society and introverts themselves should take positive actions
to understand and effectively utilize the quiet strengths of
introversion.
