Respected sir,

In reference to above subject it is to inform you that SAHSI (Star Adventure Himalayan sports
Institute) registered Society Reg no.2085 of 1995-96. We are operating Tethering Hot Air
Balloon, Tandem Paramotor, Tandem Paragliding, Parasailing.

Presently we are planning to operate our machine for adventure purpose at State of Jharkhand
in Rukka Dam area. The concerned permission is obtained from the Deputy Commissioner (DC)
of Ranchi.

As you are aware that Birsa Munda Airport at Jharkhand is established in Ranchi and our
operating place from Birsa Munda Airport Ranchi is to the distance of 16.1557 miles at north. .

Therefore we request you to kindly give the permission to fly our machine below 100ft. overhead
at Rukka dam for the promotion of adventure activity in state of Jharkhand. Proposed date of
our activity is from 31st of Dec 2021 to 8th of February 2022 .

The flying time is:

Morning 6:00 A.M. to Evening 7:00 P.M.
