Subject: About your irregularity and unpunctuality.

It has been observed that you are very irregular and impunctual at the work.
Being the shift in−charge you are expected to work responsibly and maintain
discipline in your shift. It is found you stay absent without intimation and in your
absence the charge is also not handed over to another person. It is also noticed
that you don’t arrive in time. Your negligence towards the work in the workshop
is not pardonable. Other workers also try to take undue advantage of this
situation. You are strictly warned to report regularly and in the given time
otherwise a strict action will be taken against you.

You are hereby warned to attend all the practicals hereafter. If the attendance is
found less a strict action will be initiated against you.
