Marketing

Marketing department is located at 5th floor Gaisano City. Starting MT training. The

marketing happened on march 28 to April 28, 2022. I learned more on how to merchandise the

new stocks and highlights the new item and how to move the slow-moving items and also

markdown.

I learned also what are the three correct colors outfit for the mannequin. I know about

the process of promotion. I observe how to help the sales thru live selling. Live selling helps us

for better brand exposure. It's not all about showing the brand to potential customers, but with

live streaming I can educate people about the items that is available and the brand that Gaisano

offer as. This manages to bring in front some amazing opportunities. I learned a lot about data

collection and analysis, the four P's of marketing (product, promotion, price, place), how to

develop effective marketing and communication strategies, and so much more.

 PURCHASING

The Purchasing Department. I learned how to segregate the items and other items that

is need for the repeat order. I know the proper way on how to e-mail the STT or DRH to branches.

It important to give the sales report the end of the month and always check carefully all the stocks

receive from supplier. All damages items need to report the purchaser or manager so that they

are aware.

HRD

HRD functions as a “human resource wheel” The HR wheel identifies three primary HRD

functions: 1)Training and development 2) Organization development 3) Career development.

Training and development (T&D) focuses on changing or improving the knowledge, skills, and

attitudes of individuals.
