My takeaways for Module 1
We discussed what we are going to do in our demonstration for the succeeding meetings.
I've learned that what we are about to do is work-based training wherein it is the application of
what we had learned in school. Skills are being showcased. After the demonstration of each
group, the partner industry or the supervisor will evaluate the performance of the trainees using
Google form. I've learned also about the performance criteria checklist wherein the content of
this would be the process of the actual demonstration, job/task sheet wherein it is about the
task/job of what the trainee was able to perform, and the module content wherein that would be
for the trainees that serve as their handouts. For tonight's discussion, I conclude that we should
be prepared and equipped to deliver and perform the competency we choose. As a future TLE
teacher, this would serve as our training so that in the future we already have the experience of
making and working in work-based training.
