R e: Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate

We are submitting for your consideration and approval our fee proposal for handling the
Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate _________________________________, including the
processing and the filing and payment of the estate taxes, and the transfer of property.

1. Acceptance Fee (Attorney’s Fee). – The amount of

agreement.

2. Deposit for Expenses. Expenses such as taxes, filing fees, publication costs,
certifications, administrative fees required by different government agencies, postage, facsimile,
toll-call charges, transportation and other expenses, incurred in undertaking work for you, shall
be for your account. To cover the said out-of-pocket expenses, we request a deposit in the
amount of ___________________________________ payable upon your conformity with this
Agreement. I will send you periodic accounting of this deposit, which shall be subject to
replenishment as the need arises.

shall be charged for each required/necessary appearance by counsel before any government
agency or the court subject to prior notification to the client of the necessity to render such
appearance.
