RE: ELEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: GO LIVE

This is to inform all that the above mentioned platform is operational and therefore ready for
use as per the schedule previously communicated.

Below find key information regarding its use:

1. To access the platform go to Chuka University website>Online
Resources>Moodle
2. Download the eLearning procedure/user guide from Chuka University Website
for more details.
3. Periodically check frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the website to get
responses to most of the common issues reported.
4. All technical issues to be forwarded to esupport@chuka.ac.ke
5. All issues to do with content should be addressed to your Unit lecturer or COD

7. Students MUST use their institutional emails (regno@student.chuka.ac.ke) to forward
their technical requests/issues so that we can verify their authenticity before
responding to them. Students are also advised to periodically login to their
institutional email accounts to access any official communication that may be posted.
