SUB: CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE

We draw your attention in light of the fact that you, the Noticee have illegally
been showcasing the credentials of our ________________, on your
_______________________ without any permission/authorisation from us, as a
means to attract and grow your customer base and thereby causing
wrongful/unlawful gain to yourself and wrongful loss to us.

May it be noted that we are not associated with you, the Noticee in any
manner whatsoever and re-emphasize that such credentials/ promotions in
any manner may also contain our Intellectual Property Rights, goodwill and
reputation and your unauthorised usage of such information is in clear
violation of law. You, by your acts are clearly misrepresenting yourself to be
associated with us.

Such illegitimates misuse of Our Client’s credentials is illegal in nature and

thus making you liable for adequate compensation.

That, you, the Noticee are hereby called upon through this notice to
immediately take down our Credentials/promotions in any form and other
information from your _____________(we may write digital platform), and to
cease & desist from doing any such act in future. Failure to abide by the
same shall be met with Criminal/Civil Litigation, which shall be borne by
you at your own cost and expense.
