Subject: SMQ Data clean-up IQ

Description: Generic IQ creation for SMQ data fixes irrespective of PVD version.

Justification: There is a critical data issue observed in one of the customers for which PVD-4.1.3.7
version is released as an emergency change and as part of the process the same fix has been
validated in the PVD-4.1.10 service pack release.

Because of operational reasons and compatibility issues with the downstream system all the
customers cannot be upgraded to PVD-4.1.10 with this short span of time.

So to avoid any issues in data and reporting, a data clean-up needs to be executed so that the
missing data will be populated and the holistic fix of the same will be applied as per the upgrade plan
of the individual customer. Impact assessment of this will be performed during client
implementation and will be documented in the Client Jira ticket.

This clean-up IQ (PVD-DATA_FIX-IQ-001-1.0) needs to be executed for the customers which are in
PVD-4.1.7.X or upper version.
