THE HABITS

When I learned to build habits, I can meet my goals, for years I had made lists of
projects but I had always postponed. As soon as I started to meet daily goals I advance
in my projects.
Before to build a routine I woke up annoyed, during the day I was anxious alway, I
used to frustrated with ease, this made me feel sad and exhausted. Already I felt me
sick, for luck, just then I had lunch with a friend, she she recommended the book
atomic habits.
After I read it, I had more time for work and I had more energiarse for exercise four
times a week , I had time for read and I had time for draw this apasion me activity . I
had more time share with my family and friends. I had more discipline automatically. I
finally had time to develop my personal projects, this made me feel very happy.
This taught me that laziness only brings sadness, the laziness does not allow you meet
your goals.
When the massacre of the Pozzetto restaurant in Bogota occurred, I had already been
born. I had eigh months year old. I was born on april 12th, 1986.
By the time I was 5, Colombia had already in the 1990 Soccer World Cup, after 28 years
of absence and reached the round of 16.
A year after, The Colombian Constitution of 1991 had already been promulgated. I had
started primary.
I had fortune to witness the talks of Jaime Garzón, he was assassinated in august 1999,
I had 9 year old.
By the time I was 13 year old. I had to witness the beginning of a new century.
When Alvaro Uribe started the president of the Colombia in the year 2002, I had
graduated from high school.
I was already at the University when Alvaro Uribe was re-elected in the year 2006
When the false positive scandal began in the year 2007, I had completed half of my
university career. In the year 2021 it had been established that between the years
2002 and 2010 there were 6402 cases of false positives.
By the time I was 25, I had graduated from university.
I had already worked 6 years as a teacher before graduating from university.
