THE CASE:

Johnny and Jane were live-in partners for 3 years. They met and was employed in SM
Department Store as Saleslady and Johnny as Stockman. Johnny became a policeman
and was assigned to Cagayan. But due to their differences and lack of
communication Jane decided to end their relationship. However, Johnny refused to
end their relationship and threaten to spread their sex video to their families and co-
workers. His treatment towards Jane changed,he started to send Jane pictures of her
whereabouts, he became violent. When she was about to leave their apartment,he
threaten to send their video to her sister. And to her dismay, he really sent the video
to her sister. Scared of the threat in her life and for the spread of the video Jane
went to the Police Station to report the matter.
