T H I S H I R E P U R C H A S E A G R E E M E N T is made this tenth day of December

Two Thousand and Twenty BETWEEN ELECTRONIC WORLD of Caledonia Mail San

Fernando (hereinafter called ‘the Owner’ which expression include its successors in title and

assign) of the one part and MARSHA REID of Acacia Boulevard Arima (hereinafter called the

Hirer) of the other part-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHEREBY the Owner agrees to let and the Hirer agrees to hire one Sony forty-two inch

Plasma Television with Face Mount GF028 (called ‘the Goods’) the cash sale price being Five

Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars and the Hire Purchase price being Five Thousand

Eight Hundred and Twenty Dollars upon the following terms and conditions ------------------------

1 The HIRER will pay to the owner the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars as down

payment and the balance payable by twelve monthly rents of Three Hundred and Sixty Dollars

commencing on the Twenty-Fifth day of January Two Thousand and Twenty and pay an interest

on any rent in arrears at the rate of six percent per annum -----------------------------------------------

2 The HIRER may pay off this agreement in a shorter period than agreed in which event a rebate

will be granted --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 The HIRER may pay terminate this agreement by returning the goods in good and working

condition to the Owner at his expense ----------------------------------------------------------------------

4 The GOODS shall remain the property of the Owner until the last and final installment is paid

on or before the said period of hire after which the goods shall become the property of the

HIRER -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

5 The HIRER shall ensure that all the good is kept in his possession and shall not remove nor

permit the removal from the premises specified herein as the address without written consent of

the Owner for the duration of this agreement --------------------------------------------------------------

6 Unless the HIRER terminates the agreement the Owner cannot repossess the goods without the

HIRER’S consent after seventy percent of the Hire Purchase Price has been paid unless the order

has been made by the court -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
