PROPOSAL FOR THE CRAZY BAG DAY

i. Project Title:
Crazy Bag Day

ii. Project proponent:

This project is held by the students’ council body

iii. Project Objective:

 To develop the creativeness of every student.
 To raise funds for the student council’s future projects.
 To be an ice breaker for the kids who will sit their CXC exam in May/June
and for the other kids who are not sitting any exams to have fun.

iv. Project Description:

This will be a regular school day where students will utilize their creative skills to
design or make a presentable bag of their choice to wear to school. The form
teachers will collect a total of 100 bags to raise donations. At lunch, kids will
assemble in the school auditorium to compete for the most creative bag; judges
will be looking for creative talents, material utilization, and originality. Students
will also be able to win prizes.

v. Project Duration:
The Crazy Bag Day will begin on May 24th (Tuesday) and the competition will be
held at the student’s lunchtime in the auditorium.

vi. Monitoring and Evaluation:

The project will be managed by the student council advisor and will be assisted by
other students’ council members.
