I, Justinelli Usyoso, of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of Block 10, Lot
39, Mercado Village, Pulong Sta. Cruz, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Santa Rosa – Tagaytay
Road, Santa Rosa, Laguna, after being sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:
1. I was present and personally saw that accused, Mr. Boyet Durugas committed the
crime of qualified theft against victim Antonio Dimagulangan.

2. I am neighbor of the victim and I am willing to give my truthfulness about in case.

3. I saw later that night Mr. Boyet Durugas with a similar carabao being loaded in a
white pickup truck that same morning.
4. Upon several inquiries, I found out that Mr. Boyet Durugas, is the owner of Bahay
Katay Meat Shop located in 343 Bigaa Road, Cabuyao, Laguna. I have tried
contacting Mr. Boyet Durugas many times but he could not be reached.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to
support the filing of Criminal Cases against Mr. Boyet Durugas for violations of Art.
310 of The Revised Penal Code of The Philippines
