Please watch the following video: 'Pink or Blue' - poem by Hollie McNish and then
write a 5 to10 lines short text giving your opinion about the following questions:

Why does society separate men and women so strongly and do you think that some of
these divisions make sense or are necessary at all? In the Victorian Era, not too long ago
(19thcentury), blue was considered a “weak, submissive and delicate” color, mostly
suited to female babies and children, whereas pink represented heat, energy, vitality and
was generally associated with young boys (who also wore dresses or gowns up to a
certain age, looking the same as girls and with similar haircuts). Why do you think this
changed? Is there a right color? Why?
