In this situation where you are given a task to check this black hat hacker is a very

dangerous job and It is kind of serious problem when it comes to the software
development. This case I think I would not hire the black hat hacker even though
we all know that they are very professional in terms of software development but
the black hat hacker is a very dangerous hacker. They do all miserable things into
your software in their personal gain and also money.

The reason why I didn’t want to hire this black hat hacker is First, the company
will be in danger if this black hat hacker enters in your development, they can
easily manipulate the data’s of the company and also they have the ability to
interchange everything that has been store in your software. This can lead us also
the bankruptcy of a company because Black Hat Hacker is interested in money and
privacy of the company.

Second, the privacy of the employees on the company, we all know that the
company is a priority in case of the this but we also need to consider the privacy of
the employees around us. Black Hat Hackers can enter to their bank accounts,
important files that can been destroy their life if they will lose it, personal records
which is very important to them and their belongings. This can be a very big lost to
the company as well as the employees if they allow a Black Hat Hacker in the
company.

Third I think you need also to consider yourself, if you hire the Black Hat Hacker,
your life will be miserable or you put a criminal to a company which can be a big
mistake. All your effort will be wasted if you will hire this Black Hat Hacker
