How to make sure proper thickness is given ?

1. The method to ensure delivery of proper thickness is through cross

checking the material consumption.
2. To reduce the tolerance and increase the accuracy of the thickness
laid on the floor, batch marking is used.
3. Using 100% solid content material ensures retention of gloss,
strength and thickness.

• Check if the material arrived is in accordance to the consumption

specified.
• Double check after work completion if the material is used according to
the specification and no material should be returned once entered on the
shop floor.
