RE : OGD Server Upgrade and System Downtime

As we approach our 40th year, we are glad to note that the usage of our OGD has significantly
increased in only five months. Thank you for your efforts to assist us in ensuring that the OGD
performs what it has been envisioned to do - to be an effective pastoral and monitoring tool.

In anticipation of full utilization of the OGD, and for more efficiency, we will be upgrading our
server to double the processing speed and its storage capacity.

In this connection, please be informed that we will have a system downtime on April 1 to 4, 2021.
