( Before : 1 New: 0001)

It can be 5 digits if there is any alphabet letter like 2765A
(before: 14A New : 0014A )
9-Rotation

After draw Customer Location in GIS , Rotate Customer Location according the below picture.
7- Snap again all drop ducts with customer location. 1-From_Endpoint 2-To_Endpoint 3- From_Endpoint_Name 4-
To_Endpoint_Name and USER_LABEL should be update automatically, if not updating automatically then you need
to check snapping on both ends and also check attributes of manhole and customer location.

8- Drop Duct Attributes

After snapping add all attributes of drop duct.
1- Ref_Number REF001 and for Vacant Lot Write VL001
2- Tiles (BB034) from contractor work schedule also compare with as built drawing.
3- SPT Special Tiles (BB035) from contractor work schedule also compare with as built drawing.
4- Asphalt (from As-Built drawing) also can compare with contractor work schedule (asphalt column).
5- Measured_Length (should be equal to BB023 in Civil BOQ)
6- U-Guard (1.5 Meter) and Vacant Lot ( 0)
7- Concrete (Soil/dust or BB009 in Civil BOQ)
8- Drop Duct Number as shown in below Picture
9- Fill Remaining all common attributes (except street name English and Arabic)

9- ODB

Add ODB’s for each building (ODB location should be center point of customer location) Quantity and type should match
with as built CJD, Survey sheet, Routing Table.

Attributes:

1. ODB_NUMBER & User_Label should be same (and should match with REF number of customer location as
well). Example REF001 there should be ODB_Number ODB001
2. GEOCODE (From survey sheet)
3. Building Number (From survey sheet or Cable Drawing)
4. ODB type (4 Port or 24 Port)
5. Number of Ports (4 or 24)
6. POP name (From Feeder Schematic)
7. And fill remaining all common attributes same as customer location attributes.

10- OSB

Add OSB’s for each building (OSB location should be center point of ODB) Quantity and type should match with as built
CJD, Survey sheet, Routing Table.

Attributes:

1. OSB_NUMBER & User_Label should be same (Should match with ODB number as well). Example OSB001
there should be ODB_Number ODB001
2. GEOCODE (From survey sheet)
3. Building Number (From survey sheet or Cable Drawing)
4. OSB type (1:4 Port , 1:8 Port or 1:16 Port) (From survey sheet)
5. Number of Ports (4 ,8 or 16)
6. POP name (From Feeder Schematic)
7. And fill remaining all common attributes same as ODB attributes.

11-FAT

Add FAT inside each manhole and rotate as per manhole angel. It should properly have snapped on manhole center
point. And when you select The FAT in attribute table related MH number should appear by default.

Attributes:

1- FAT Number (FAT001, FAT002) (JC001, for any joint closure added on feeder cable)
2- User Label
3- All common attributes

12-Drop Cable:

From FAT to each ODB (offset must be 1 meter inside drop duct or 1 meter from parcel)

Attributes:

1- Length: (From Contractor work schedule – Cable without loop) Make sure 12F and 24 F both should be match
with BOQ. Also compare length with Cable Drawing.
2- Fiber Number: you can find fiber number from As-built cable drawing or from survey sheet, for all SDU write the
fiber number is this format (ODB001 = 1,73) (ODB002=2,74)
For All MDU (ODB003 = 3-4,75-76) in case if fibers are not used in sequence (ODB004= 5+43,77+115)

side of the trench and should be properly snapped on both ends (FDT and FAT)

Then from FAT001 to FAT002

When you draw the second cable it should be on 0.5m offset from first cable. And all cables should be in 5-meter area in
order to keep relationship with manhole’s from where the cables are passing.

all common attributes must be filled as other features. Update fiber number from JCD Drawing.

1-From_Endpoint 2-To_Endpoint 3- From_Endpoint_Name 4- To_Endpoint_Name and USER_LABEL should be update

automatically, if not updating automatically then you need to check snapping on both ends and also check attributes of
