EXAMINATION TECHNIQUE

⮚ CT Imaging was performed with appropriately angled contiguous 10 mm thick axial slices from the
root of neck to the lower diaphragm. Examination was carried out after injecting 50 ml of IV
contrast.

FINDINGS

⮚ The left nipple appears thickened and indurated with underlying fat ostranding.
⮚ Multiple soft tissue attenuation randomly distributed pulmonary nodules are seen in the
posterior segment of right upper lobe and posterior segment of left upper lobe. No internal
calcifications are seen.
⮚ The pulmonary vascular pattern is normal.
⮚ Both hila are normal with no evidence hilar lymphadenopathy.
⮚ Aortic arch and descending aorta present no significant abnormality.
⮚ S.V.C is normal.
⮚ Heart appears normal. No signs of pericardial thickening / effusion demonstrated.
⮚ No skeletal or soft tissue abnormality
⮚ No pleural effusion or mass seen.

OPINION

Thickened indurated left nipple with bilateral randomly distributed pulmonary nodules ,
please corelate with Sono mammogram and biopsy as this can be likely malignant in nature
no pleural effusion the pulmo
