Registered Criminologist and presently applying for Fire Officer 1 (FOI) at the Bureau of
Fire Protection Regional Office _____, ____________________________

I have full knowledge of the provision Of Article V, Section 34 and 35 Of Republic Act
11131 also Known as The Philippine Criminology Profession Act of 2018 which exempts
all Registered Criminologist in taking the Qualifying Written Examination (QWE) and be
given preference in Recruitment in the Government Criminal Justice System and other
government institutions.

I am also aware that in View Of the stated provision and for final ranking purposes,
applicants of BFP who are Criminologists and opted to avail this will privilege will
automatically given the passing grade of 50 points.

In relation thereto, I signify my intention of availing the above-mentioned privilege and will
no longer take Qualifying Written Examination.
