 Which stakeholders should you focus on and why?

In my case I directly focus on the stakeholders with high interest and high
influence as this will give us a good sense of what we are doing. Also as this
projects used to change the way of work of a company, any doubt or lack of
trust from the stakeholders will remain us in the position of “stay where we
are and stop migration”

 What is one challenge that you anticipate in stakeholder management, and

how would you plan to address that challenge?

To map everyone interested in the success of the project. There are many
stakeholders who has influence but are not interested. Once the projects
become successful we need to manage the “recently interested” participants,
revisiting this stakeholder and recollecting their needs and expose to the
government team. As a project team we will continue to execute the project
and any need of changes must be approved but the main stakeholder with the
impact it could have in time and costs.

 How would you ensure effective communication between your team

members to better handle potential conflict?

Daily scrums is a effective way to reduce misunderstanding and tasks that needs to be done
fast. Using Microsoft Teams or Zoom are needed in this pandemic scenario but stablishing
an order in the discussion every morning, helps to reduce lack of information.
