What’s the critical path for this project, and how do you know?

The critical path of this project is the migration of all the selected workloads (seeing in
the graphic behind is the adopt phase). This is because removing workloads from a
current on premise datacenter bring with it, contract termination and penalties in case
didn’t meet the end dates.

That is the reason why in the project network the migration path is the critical path for
the project.

The adopt phase also include an iteration process to help us as in the program tool to
reduce a complex project in a several sprints of migration or micro projects.
Would you anticipate any resource scheduling problems? If so, how do you plan to
address them?

As split the projects in several 10 applications iteration we will plan the resources in the
sprint, becoming a kind of agile methodology.

This method look for also training new resources to be ready to deploy in the next
sprints. Mature and experimented resources work together with new team members and
the sprint iteration will look for the new resource become expert in the end of the
project.

Among the convergence plan, program tool, and program directorate, which would you
use in your project and why?

Program Tool and Directorate will be used in this project. The first one to have the
ability to reduce risk and reduce tasks from a complex migration project and several
migration sprints where the team can cluster or group similar complexities and complete
the task systematically.
The program directorate will help us to reduce blockers and review each 10 apps sprint
in case it needs to take decision to reduce or mitigate problems.
