Best known as the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad —the #1 personal finance
book of all time—Robert Kiyosaki has challenged and changed the way tens of
millions of people around the world think about money. He is an entrepreneur,
educator, and investor who believes the world needs more entrepreneurs.

With perspectives on money and investing that often contradict conventional

wisdom, Robert has earned an international reputation for straight talk,
irreverence, and courage and has become a passionate and outspoken
advocate for financial education.

Robert’s newest books—Who Stole My Pension? (co-authored with former SEC

attorney and pension-fraud whistleblower Edward Siedle) and FAKE: Fake
Money, Fake Teachers, Fake Assets—are sobering reminders of the importance
and power of real financial education.

The year 2022 will mark the 25th Anniversary of the 1997 release of Rich Dad
Poor Dad. That book and its messages—viewed around the world as a classic in
the personal finance arena and which still holds the top spot as the #1 personal
finance book of all time—have stood the test of time and continue to resonate
ROBERT KIYOSAKI with audiences of all ages around the world.

ROBERT KIYOSAKI’S TOOLS – THE CASHFLOW QUADRANT

The key to financial success is understanding the relationship between the income
statement and the balance sheet

The Rich Dad Cashflow Quadrant identifies the four types of people depending on
their sources of income. These categories are the E, S, B and I quadrants.

The “E (Employee)” and “S (Self-Employed)” quadrants are the Active quadrants,

meaning people have to spend time and effort in order to earn.

In contrast, the “B (Business Owner)” and “I (Investor)” quadrants are the Passive
quadrants, wherein income is not directly proportional to one’s time and effort spent.
