Minutes of the meeting with all committee members of CDC-Reg

The meeting was held at placement office on 4-3-2022 at 12.20pm with the members of all the
committees, wherein Principal addressed the gathering in the presence of director CDC. Accordingly
the following minutes are recorded.

1. The director CDC welcomed the members and the Principal and briefed the members about
the agenda of the meeting.
2. Principal has reiterated the importance of placements, internships and higher studies for the
success of a student, and accordingly he said the college will provide enough platforms for a
student to achieve the same.
3. Additional infrastructure will be created to meet the training needs planned for the institute.
4. A 3D printing laboratory would be created wherein all the first year students can use it to
realize their ideas interms of products.
5. It is pledged to see that every student of CBIT should realize their goals by the time they
leave the institute.
6. College will provide opportunity for the unplaced students after final year, so that they can
upskill and find a placement thereafter.
7. Robotics and drone technologies would be exposed to the students at second year level
itself.
8. Principal has directed all the members of the committees to be active and pass on the
information related the activities to the students time to time and document the same.

The meeting is concluded with vote of thanks by director CDC.
