TRAINING DESIGN
“2017 CEED Strategic Planning”

I. RATIONALE

For a team to be effective there should be a clear understanding of the vision, mission,
goals, strategies and action plans, along with the member’s individual roles and
responsibilities. Trust, communication and accountability are highly important
interpersonal qualities that would enable every team member to work effectively.

The City Economic Enterprises Department together with Xavier University-Governance

& Leadership Institute will conduct a Team-Building Activity that will be participated by
all CEED Division Head and Section Head on March 16-17, 2017 at Dahilayan, Manolo
Fortich, Bukidnon.

II. OBJECTIVES

 To discover the importance of effective teamwork.

 To learn basic teamwork concepts.
 To discover strategies in dealing with conflicts & indifferences within the team.
 To learn how to assess teamwork problems and how to improve teamwork.
 To develop action plans that will help the team in achieving the goals and strategies.

The team-building activity will start on March 16 at 8:00 AM and will end at 5:00 PM on
March 17, 2017 at Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
