1. Discuss the concepts that influence school organization in response to community context. 10points

The relationship school and community helps to improve the quality of education for all children. The
student use skills acquired at school to entertain and serve members of the community.For example,
student’s drama class or clubs can perform some interesting drama to entertain senior citizens at their
homes or on any special occasion. Another concept that influence school is the connection or good
relationship of the teachers and the parents.

Partnership to other organization can also influnce school. The partnership may involve use of school
or neighbours facilities and equipment, sharing other resources, collaborative fund raising and grant
applications, volunteer assistance, mentoring and training from professionals and others with special
expertise, information sharing and dissemination, networking, recognition and public relations, shared
responsibility for planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and services, expanding
opportunities for internships, jobs, recreation and building a sense of community. I can say Schools and
community are best friends they give benefits from each other.

2. Think of what adminstrators, teachers, and students could do to biuld successful schools. 10 points

For me, inorder to build a successful school, administrators, teachers and students should stablish a
good relationship with each other. Administrator shoul do their job and make some rules and guides for
the teacher and students. The teacher should passionate in their job to teach and for students they
should follow the rules and regulation the the school implement. For me that should we do if we want
to build a successful school.
