Checking the room rediness
Escorting the guest to the room
Creating report if any accident or any complaint from the guest
Reconfirm via Whatsapp for the ETA guest tomorrow and the day after
Update all ETA (from Whatsapp) in system
Fill the GRO Logbook
Sent the Report to Whatsapp Group
