This is to certify that Mr Nejash Abdo Issa has been working for Min-bar Consults plc since Nov
2020 G C on the position of par-timer consultant and trainer. Accordingly, we would like to confirm
that he has been conducting feasibility studies and developing project proposals that our company was
commissioned to carry out by clients. The following are some of few samples in which Mr Nejash
had coordinated the work and produced report.
1. Feasibility study and business plan for establishment of Cush International Hotel /5-star level/
promoted by Chalaa Carcar , a private investor. This work was done within the first four months
of year 2020 G.C
2. Feasibility study and business plan for g+3 mixed use building on Sawena Woreda, East Bale
Zone, Oromia which was promoted by owner-investor Dr Ahmed Shik Mohammed. This study
took two months for completion.
3. Feasibility study and business plan promoted by Atsedu Tulama on manufacturing of cement
product located in Adama City Admin Boku Shenen area . The study takes about three up to four
months from start to finish.
4. Mr Nejash had also participated in baseline survey assessment on premix market analysis and
business modeling for which Min-bar Consults commissioned by Global Alliance For Improved
Nutrition(Gain) Ethiopia From December 2020 Up-to February 2021.
In a nutshell, during his stay we found Nejash being committed to his profession, excellent team
player and motivator as well. Therefore, we are pleased to recommend him for anyone seeking him
