GH3 Keyboard: The Graded Hammer 3 (GH3) keyboard
reproduces the touch of an acoustic piano, from a
naturally heavy feel in the lower register to a lighter
touch in the upper octaves. The GH3 keyboard provides
a grand piano-style response and feel, allowing rapid
note repetition and authentic expressive control.
GHS Keyboard: The Graded Hammer Standard (GHS)
keyboard reproduces the touch of an acoustic piano,
from the heavy feel in the lower register to a lighter
touch in the upper octaves.
VOICES
Voices are musical instrument sounds, such as piano,
organ, or stringed instruments which you can select
and play on the keyboard action.
Dual Mode: With the Dual mode, two voices can be
played simultaneously. You can create warm and richly
textured voices by using voices from different groups
simultaneously in a layer, or by using voices in the
same group.
Split Mode: The Split mode enables you to play two
different voices on the keyboard—one with your left
hand and another with your right.
RHYTHM & STYLES
Rhythm: You can select a rhythm from a variety of
musical genres, such as pop and jazz, and play along
with it.
Styles: Styles are various accompaniment and
rhythmic backing patterns in a variety of different
musical genres including pop, jazz, and many others.
The Style features auto accompaniment which detects
the “chords” automatically, and lets you produce
automatic accompaniment playback simply by playing
the keyboard. This lets you automatically recreate
the sound of a full band or orchestra — even if you’re
playing by yourself.
SONGS
Preset songs are stored into the instrument and can
be used for listening to or to learn.
SONG REC: You can record your piano performance
as a User Song in SMF format. Up to 16 tracks can be
recorded separately (depending on the model).
USB AUDIO REC / PLAY: With this method, your
performances are recorded as an audio file and
saved to a USB flash drive. Recording is done without
designating the recorded part.
