In accordance with the World Health Organization (WHO), weight problems or obesity is
described as "excessive or abnormal body fat that can present a threat to overall health”.

Obesity in young population is rising extremely fast in the United Kingdom during the last 3
decades. Nationwide records demonstrate that one-fifth of 10 to 19 years old and one 3rd of
fifteen to twenty-one years old weigh over the recommended range with their age (National
health service Digital, 2017).

Weight problems in Youngs have got to pandemic ratios, which affects youngster's health and
wellness and resulting in obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetic issues as well as cancer in the

reviews and evidence based guide-lines to make sure that the developed treatment was defined
with the current data.
