DIRECTV DIRECTV ENGINEERING PRODUCT QUALIFICATION AND APPROVAL LETTER 04/13/2011 DIRECTV is pleased to report that Thomas & Betts, SNS1P6U connector, has been approved for production, Production SNS1P6U, connectors shall be of the same design, made identically and to the same specifications as the samples we have reviewed and evaluated. No design changes, in any Way, are permitted without first notifying DIRECTV. Attached to the notification shall be reasons for requesting the change and the degree of testing performed to verify the correction of a problem and/or the improvement of a performance parameter. DIRECTV shall do its due diligence to expedite the change process. Unauthorized modification of an approved product and/or failure to notify DIRECTV of any changes may invite a disqualification of the said product and the supplier. Please note that DIRECTV continues testing your product. If any issues are discovered, DIRECTV will require these issues be addressed to DIRECTV's satisfaction. If the issues are deemed severe enough by DIRECTV and are not resolved, resolution could involve stopping production or product recall, at the supplier's expense.
