SPC will be eligible for Smart Phone Incentive on achieving 80% of Smart Phone Target. 2. Smart Phone incentive will be as per the slab in which his Smart Phone achievement falls.

80% Overall Volume Target Achievement with Focus Models contributing 40% of Overall Volume Target

Achievement between 5 to 9 Smart Phones

Achievement between 10 to 19 Smart Phones

Smartphone Incentive

Achievement between 20 to 29 Smart Phones

Achievement between 30 to 39 Smart Phones

3. For example if SPC target is 22 Smart Phones & if his achievement is 19 phones then he earns ` 1500\- as Smart Phone incentive and if achievement is 30 pieces then SPC earns ` 3000\- as Smart Phone incentive. 4. If SPC does not achieve 80% of his Smart Phone target then he will not be eligible for Smart Phone incentive, irrespective of which slab his achievement falls.
