McDonald's has the world's most recognizable

drive-thru. McDonald's relies heavily on drive-

thrus. Drive-thrus are found in virtually all of the
chain's nearly 14,000 US outlets, with 25,000
internationally. Drive-thru is all about convenience.
Customers can order food, pay for it, and receive it
– all without leaving their cars. I visited McDonald's
drive-thru for buying their vanilla cone. I have good
experience at McDonald .The Company has been a
successful global fast food brand in major regions of the world due to its menu customization
and its adaptation to the tastes and the culture of its target markets. Their services were superior.
They deal each customer very calmly. They give value to their customers. The people moved
right along and purchased there order, I got a Thank from the employees who worked both
windows. My expectation from MacDonald was quite higher
because they have large number of customers.

Packaging and Quality:

Now come to their packaging and quality. Their packaging is quite
impressive and has good quality. By 2025, McDonald's wants its
entire consumer packaging to originate from renewable, recycled,
or certified sources. Currently, such sources account for 80% of its
packaging. It also uses paper straws and wooden cutlery in a
variety of marketplaces, as well as fiber covers and reusable cups,
according to the company. Although MacDonald’s has a good
quality food but when we compare it with other fast food
restaurant their food quality is lowest.

Experience at MacDonald drive thru:

My experience with salesperson was good first they
ask “sir, what is your order” menu was listed on
screen which is fixed there, then people ordered
their food, on screen order and bill was displayed.
At first window they greet me with smiling face and
gave my bill (you can pay in cash or by card). Then
in second they again greet me with smiling face then after giving my order they says thanks to
me.
Suggestions:
McDonalds is a powerful brand name.
As they deal their customers
professionally, they understand their
customers. Thus, its strategies seem so
good. However, I still have some
recommendations for this company.
McDonald's is known for its quickness
and convenience, which is why our
customers return. They need
continuing to create multiple-order-
point drive-thru to increase speed,
capacity, and order volume. Because they can only prepare and serve their delicious food and
drinks as quickly as they can prepare and serve them, being able to take many orders at once
expedites the process. McDonald's should continue to invest in the training and development of
its employees to ensure high service quality. Well-structured training programs shall ensure the
long term growth of the organization.

McDonald’s can implement an integrated promotion mix that has a balance of both traditional
and modern digital media for brand promotions.
McDonald’s must recognize the importance of
digital media in the promotional mix for
organizations, and should devise digital
marketing strategies to engage with the online
customer base. Although McDonald have very
quick service but due to large number of
customers, their customers are waiting in long
line so in my opinion they have to increase their
employee for customers who using their drive thru service. Their marketing is impressive but
still they need to improve their marketing through digital marketing.

To promote convenience to customers, McDonald's can offer extra product and service features
such as food on demand and home delivery. Fresh ingredients can improve product quality even
further. To attract and engage with target customers in a variety of regional markets, McDonald's
should continue to invest in menu personalization and standardization techniques. Expanding
their commitment to virtual entertainment stages, enlist social forces to be reckoned with, and
support gamers.

McDonald's should focus on improving the quality of its core products. Locally sourced
ingredients, organic food and a high level of quality are not necessarily the first things consumers
expect from McDonald's.
McDonald's customers want cheap food, not a fancy, fancy burger you can probably get a much
tastier version of at Five Guys for a little more money. McDonald's will keep its loyal customers
happy and coming back for more if it keeps its prices low.
