AGREEMENT

This Agreement for Supply of Manpower (“Agreement”) is made on this the ___ day of
April 2022 at Hyderabad, Telangana.

By and between

M/s SVL Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. represented by Shri P N Murthy Managing
Director having its office at #201, Mani Sai Kalyan Arcade, Miyapur ‘X’ Roads
Hyderabad 500 049, hereinafter called the first party”.

NIES Training Center represented by Shri _____________ S/o Shri.


________Resident of _____________________, hereinafter called second party.

Whereas the First party is having relevant experience in procuring, deploying and
maintaining trained and Untrained human resource in various areas and industries.

And whereas the second party is in to the business of providing business development in
various areas related to Human Resource Function.

And whereas both the parties have agreed to work together for the growth of the business.
Accordingly NIES Training Center has brought business in the area of out sourcing,
Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, Highly Skilled, Manpower in technical area as per the
company, for growth of the business.
It is now agreed that for all the business that is brought by NIES Training Center from
_________ M/s SVL Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd., will pay Rs. 1000/- per Candidate
brought from all states of India till the business is continued.

As agreed M/s SVL Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will pay 50% amount after
completion of one month service of the candidates deployed by the NIES Training
Center and remaining 50% of amount will be paid in second month.

Every Month invoice will raise by NIES Training Center Accordingly the amount will
credited in within 7 working days in NIES Training Center account.

The M/s SVL Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd will, subject to deduction of tax at source
under applicable section of Income Tax Act, 196, ensure full and timely payments for the
services as provided in this agreement.

Further to our discussions with you, we are pleased to accept your offer for providing
business development in various areas related to Human Resource Function for a period
of One Year commencing from _______ to ______

Henceforth if candidates drop out within 3 months (One time for one candidate) NIES
Training Center will replace the candidates.

In case of disputes among parties, they shall appoint a reconciliation office from their
side to reconcile the facts and to resolve the dispute in the best interest of the business.

Wherever anything is not expressly mentioned herein shall govern by the law. All
disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Hyderabad.

In witness where of the partners have signed this deed on the day and year first above
written.
