Overall, the Cognizant NeuroTM PV application is aimed at automating the PV forms data entry in an intelligent way to
reduce the amount of time spent by the agent in the Data entry stage. The Application aims at providing a mechanism
to ingest the documents from multiple sources like email, and file system. The ingested documents are classified, and
data extraction is performed using ABBYY’s document extraction engine. Once the information is extracted, the
business rules are applied, and the document is presented to the user along with extracted fields. User performs data
validation, verifies duplicate check, and submits the case for output generation. Outputs are generated as fixed E2B R3
xml formats.

• Automatic summarization is the process of reducing a document by a computer program to create summary, which retains the important
aspects of the original document. As the use of whole document is very tedious task, so summary helps identifying the general overview and
its importance for us. Generally, there are two approaches of automatic summarization: extraction and abstraction. Extractive methods
work by selecting a subset of existing words, phrases, or sentences in the original text to form the summary. Whereas, abstractive methods
build an internal semantic representation and then use natural language generation techniques to create a summary that is closer to what a
human might generate.
• This tool uses Text Extraction methodology for summarizing the Text document.
