DEED OF SALE OF MOTORCYCLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.

I, LISTER M. GUEVARA, of legal age, and a resident of Catarman, Northern Samar,

herein after called the SELLER, for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Thousand
Pesos (P50,000.00), Philippine Currency, paid to me in hand by PARMINDER SINGH
likewise of legal age, and a resident of Catarman, Northern Samar hereinafter referred to as
the BUYER, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY ABSOLUTELY AND
UNCONDITIONALLY unto said BUYER a motorcycle, specifically described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER agrees to sell the above-mentioned motor vehicle without

indicated above, their heirs, successors and assigns as provided for by law.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, the parties have set their hands this ______ day of
___________2022, at Catarman, Northern Samar. Under their names, are legitimate
identification of the parties proving their identities.
