Title: “A study on Systematic Investment Plans (SIP) in building financial

stability of IT Employees in Bengaluru city”

Objectives:

 To know the current investment plans of IT employees

 To study the impact of socio-economic status of IT investor on their investment patterns
 To examine the various types of SIP preferred by the IT investors
 To Analyse the impact of SIP on Improving financial stability
 To create an effective SIP Model for IT investors

Data collection: Primary data collection

Sample
Sample Size: At 95% confidence and 5% margin of error 384 respondents are intended to be studied.
500 questionnaires will be distributed and valid responses will be taken under study
Sampling Technique: Simple Random sampling
Sample frame: Bengaluru city / IT investors

Plan of Analysis: SPSS and AMOS R

Significance: The study will add to the existing literature of investor preferences and plans and also
provide effective suggestions to investors on choosing the right investment plan
