I, VIRGINIA D. VENTURA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single,

with postal address and residence address at Blk 8 Lot 11 Phase II-
B Dexterville Classic, Bo. Sabang, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, AND APPOINT, my sales
representative, ELIZABETH PERMATO YATCO likewise of legal
age, Filipino, living in 240, Toclong II-B, City of Imus, Cavite to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place
and stead to do and perform all of any of the following:

1. To represent, sign and act in my behalf in relation to all

documents pertaining to the sale of our house and lot of
TCT No. 057-2011009372;
2. To represent, sign, and act on my behalf in connection with
the requirements for Transfer of Tax Declaration application
of TCT no. 057-2011009372;
3. To transact with the following agencies to wit:
a. Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), regarding
electric services;
b. PRIME Water District in connection with the water
system;
4. To sign, execute, and acknowledge any and ALL documents
of the aforementioned property;
5. GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
full power and authority to do and perform all and every act
and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and
purposes as we may could lawfully do if personally present
with all the power of substitution or revocation and hereby
RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT or his substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done
by virtue thereof.
