Good morning sir, I want to ask, usually how to conduct organoleptic tests in the company where you

work in the Netherlands? Is in the development of a new product, conducted organoleptic tested on
consumers or is the test only done on employees of the company? Organoleptic tests at the company
where you work are usually done on how many people?

Organoleptic tests conducted here are hedonic tests (favorite tests) and hedonic quality tests.

Hedonic test : Shape, color, aroma, appearance/texture, taste

Hedonic Quality test : level of uniformity of shape, level of uniformity of size, level of uniformity of color,
level of crispness

Is there a regulation in the Netherlands regarding the inclusion of nutritional claims on food packaging
labels? Because here if you want to list claims such as high fiber, high protein, etc. there is a minimum or
maximum limit on the amount of nutrients that need to be fulfilled / adjusted to the applicable
regulations, namely BPOM regulations.
