About the Role

 Key Responsibilities and Accountability

• The objective is to help position Branded Hashtag Challenge for MX TakaTak in the media space.

Driving Solutions:
● Initially join the team and start building solutions along with the manager
● Follow the built processes to manage the workflow and build new processes for smooth functioning
● Keep track of other competitive platforms and social media trends

Execution:
● Executing branded hashtag challenges
● Maintaining the calendar for Branded Hashtag Challenges and in sync with other hashtag challenges
● Working with the influencer, music, and any other touchpoints for branded hashtag challenges
● Strategizing and making best practices for branded hashtag challenges

Tracking Performances:
● Standardizing report formats
● Collaborating with data team for performances
● Collaborating with Ad Ops for Brand Lift Studies results
● Helping build case studies and strategizing for PR

This is a new team in formation, the work will not be restricted to this and there will be a lot more chaos initially. But,
building a science "Branded Hashtag Challenge" needs hustling and resolving the chaos.

Required Experience

• 6-7 years’ experience working with creators and content platforms
