Report on Results of June 02, 2022 – Armingo Ave and Wheatsheaf Lane, SD

Richman & Sons Scrapyard fire, Canister Grab Sample:


On June 02, 2022 a canister grab sample was taken from the Armingo Ave and Wheatsheaf Lane
near SD Richman & Sons Scrapyard fire to check the Ambient Air and Air Quality for
residents. This sample was analyzed by EPA Method TO-15 (GC-MS). The table below gives a
summary of the compounds found, along with the PEL values.

The PEL of a chemical is a level to which it is believed a worker can be exposed for 8-hours
per day and 40-hours per week for a working lifetime without adverse health effects established
by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The PEL concentrations are
listed in units of parts per million (ppm).

All compounds detected are well below the PEL values.
