Here's my opinion on the role of education in human resources no. 3

Yes, I strongly agree with this statement because human resources (HR) are the dominant
factor in an institution, including in the field of education. Education requires quality human
resources to carry out their role in serving the educational needs of the community.
These educational needs include practical, situational and predictive needs for social transformation.
For this reason, it is very important to develop human resources for the realization of quality human
resources in education. Human resource development is carried out through education and training, both
formally and informally, which are carried out simultaneously on an ongoing basis.
There are five HR domains that are considered important in the development of human resources in
the education sector. The five domains are: professionalism, competitive power, functional competence,
participatory advantage, and cooperation. However, the development of these five HR domains requires
Total Quality Control (TQC) and an integrated education and training program to achieve its effectiveness.
