According to Drucker (2007), strategic fit is the matching of an organization's mission statements
to its internal structure and external environment, strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions, and

taking into actions to sustain their long-term growth opportunity for both the industry and company even
though their strategic plans are affected by uncertain events─ Covid 19 pandemic. This provide Coca cola
a more flexible operations in aligning their marketing agenda with the reality of market environment. The
Coca-Cola Company has urged the majority of office-based workers to work remotely in response to
recommendations to limit mass gatherings and enhance social distance. This has been accomplished
through effective online marketing and product promotion, as well as the employment of other marketing
strategies. And, resulted to a company global footprint in over 200 markets.

 Sustainability- One of the ultimate objectives of Coca Cola Company is to act in ways to create a
more sustainable and better shared future. By 20230 from a 2015 base year, Coca cola are
planning to reduce their carbon footprint and set a target to reduce their 25% of carbon emissions.

