Participants- The participants of the study were sampled through Purposive Non-Probability sampling

with the following criteria namely; a) participants must be from selected municipalities specifically in the
Municipality of Lallo, Rizal, Tuao and Tuguegarao, b) must belong to priority eligible group B and C and
lastly, c) must be 18-59 years of age. Our accessible group would be the non-essential business
groups/individuals of the previously mentioned Municipalities.

LGU- Trust in authorities (Government, health system, health care providers, and employer) for
recommendation and information COVID-19 infection and vaccine had a strong impact on the vaccine
acceptance/willingness. (Dror, et. Al, 2020)

If the COVID-19 vaccine's efficacy is reduced, governments will need to implement more strategies to
persuade their populations to get vaccinated (Harapan et al., 2020).

Health Care workers- if a COVID-19 vaccine becomes available, strong healthcare provider
recommendations will be critical to promoting vaccine uptake among vaccine-eligible patients.
